Overview

Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the best trekking in Nepal. This amazing trekking is also popular as Annapurna Sanctuary Trek. The famous trek to Annapurna offers to explore the natural and cultural wonders of the Annapurna region. Our carefully designed 14 days ABC trek is moderately hard trekking. The maximum elevation one will get during this trekking is at 4130 meters above the sea level. The inclusion of Poon Hill- the famous sunrise and mountain viewpoint in Annapurna adds the fun plus the immense pleasure on the trekking.

The route also allows visiting the superb local villages of Ghorepani, Chhomorong, Jhinu Danda and more to get the knowledge on the cultures, living style and traditions of the locals. The greatest views of the Annapurna range, Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, and Dhaulagiri are the major attractions of the trek. The silent and the most beautiful waterfalls from the Himalayas are the next highlights of the trip. Walking through the dense forest of rhododendron and bamboo and into the blank terrain of high altitude is something amazing. The inclusion of Pokhara- the valley lakes and mountains complete the Annapurna Base Camp Trekking in a sweet way.

The Annapurna Base Camp Trek is a teahouse type trekking. Throughout the route, there are wonderfully set up tea houses are available for the food and accommodation. Annapurna trekking is also seasonal trekking in Nepal. The best time to trek in Annapurna is the months of spring (March to May) and the days of autumn (September to November). Trekking ABC is not recommended in the winter (December to February) especially in the months of January to Mid-February as there as some avalanche risk areas. But trekking in the months of monsoon (June to August) is still possible.

Our 10 days Annapurna Base Camp Trek is a customizable one. Please contact our Nepal trekking experts to make any changes to the plan. Our trekking planner team can help you with that matter.
